Nature Flow household sewage treatment plants (HSTPs) provide you with two choices. You can choose a regular, chlorinated Nature Flow HSTP system, or the environmentally-friendly UV alternative.
 

CHLORINATED NATURE FLOW HSTPS

Chlorinated Nature Flow HSTPs use chlorine to treat household wastewater. They treat waste to a high standard, so you can rest easy knowing everything is being taken care of.
 

PATENTED SIGNATURE SELF-CLEANING ULTRA-VIOLET STERILISATION

UV Nature Flow HSTPs utilise patented Nature Flow self-cleaning ultraviolet sterilisation technology. This means that they are chemical free and non-mechanical. (The Nature Flow UV sterilisation technology was voted "People's Choice" on an episode of the ABC's New Inventors show.)
 

Nature Flow UV sterilisation HSTPs:

  • Only requires annual servicing (rather than quarterly services)
  • Low running costs (the UV disinfection unit uses minimal electricity
  • Can be left unused during holidays (only work on demand)
  • Quiet operation (no noisy aerators)
  • Pumps and control box are not hardwired
  • Treat effluent to a very high standard (clear and odourless; in areas where your local council permits, a Nature Flow HSTP also allows you to use your water twice – once in your home, and again for your lawn and gardens via irrigation)
