We started Bioworx because there were very few businesses that went beyond the basics with HSTPs. Bioworx fills this gap in the market by specialising in repairs, troubleshooting, maintenance, and lab sampling – allowing you to have all your home sewage needs taken care of in one place.

COMPLETE CONVENIENCE
We conduct regular HSTP servicing between 7am and 2pm – whenever suits you. We can also provide outside-hours servicing for an additional fee. Best of all, you don’t even need to be at home for every service.
For your peace of mind, we only send out experienced and fully-qualified technicians with current drainage and electrical licences. That way, you can get the right solution the first time, every time.
CITY AND RURAL COUNCIL SERVICE AGENTS
It is a Council requirement to have your HSTP serviced regularly by a registered service agent.
Bioworx is registered as a service agent with the following Queensland city and rural councils: Brisbane, Logan, Caboolture, Esk, Redlands, Tweed, Noosa, Ipswich, Boonah, Pine Rivers, Scenic Rim, Stanthorpe, Redcliffe, Laidley, Gold Coast, Lockyer Valley, Crows Nest, and Southern Downs.
FULL SUPPORT
We offer phone support seven days a week, and have technicians on call Monday to Sunday so that you can receive priority service for urgent HSTP issues or problems with your house pump, water pump, or water tank system.
